Hotel Quelle Nature Spa Resort

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The staff, the atmosphere, the rooms, the wellness area and everything in between go above and beyond one’s expectation. A really unique hotel in a quiet and beautiful setting. We enjoyed every moment of our stay thanks to the kindness of the staff and management, and the high standards and impeccable attention to detail everywhere from the restaurant to the spa. I can't say enough good things about the hotel, but my very favourite things were the hiking and barbecue, the yoga classes and the spectacular dinners! We can't wait to return.

The resort is great, we stayed here for our honeymoon. Love the setting and landscape. The reason I give it 3 and not 5 stars is because the Romeo and Juliet Couples spa package was TERRIBLE. It cost $300 euro, and it was definitely not worth it. The body peel was nice, then you get put in a dirty tub for 30 minutes which was hot and uncomfortable. And then they give you a very mediocre rub down. I don’t call it a massage because it wasn’t. They just rubbed oil on us for 30 minutes. They never asked us if we wanted deeper pressure or to work certain areas. Nothing. They just rubbed us down. Lastly they put you in an awkward room with a bed and give you 30 minutes to “rest” aka have sex? I mean, I don’t understand what else it would be there for. There were no chairs, just a bed with a small bottle of champagne, small tray of fruit and a box of tissues...Anyway, didn’t want to pay for anything else in the spa because of that experience, so maybe other massage packages were better. Everything about the resort was great except for the Romeo and Juliet package. Don’t get it.

Amazing overall experience. Highest quality wherever the eye can see: Great hosting, unbelievable friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, very big and charming room (very clean!) and stunning spa area with super exciting spa infusions, e.g. with a live guitar session. Outstanding was also the wine and champagne selection at the restaurant and the well skilled bartenders (shoutout to Jonas!) at the bar- with changing events such as live music or local liquer tastings. The food is included in the room rate which also makes an outstanding price performance, highly recommended to book your holidays at Hotel Quelle!
